Remove skin from chicken. Bone it. Flatten it. Put parsley butter in and fold chicken over. Spread with beaten egg as you are sealing the chicken around the butter. It is important to seal the chicken pieces together so butter does not leak out while cooking. Dip it in flour. Brush with egg again. Then dip it in breadcrumbs. Put in deep fryer for 7 minutes. Raise up and let drain. Note: Additional parsley butter, melted may be made for the time of serving, if desired. Parsley Butter:
